Description

Plate type limited slip differential suitable for TR3-4. Two variations of settings available, road or race. Designed & manufactured by 3J Driveline in the UK exclusively for Racetorations. The plate pack runs 8 active surfaces and even on light settings the maximum surface area is in use. A unique pre-loaded spacer allows variable or 'fine tune' pre-load settings rather than the more rigid 2-3 settings of other LSD types. The bevel and planet gears have been re-designed for smoother meshing. They are larger and stronger than previously known. The combination of modifications considerably reduces the rattle and excessive back lash traditionally associated with LSD units.

This unit can be installed in Lockheed axles if AXL108 half shaft are used. See AXL211 for service kit.
