This in a New water pump for a E-type with 4.2 Engine 1969 only (To engine 7R.1914 on roadster and FHC and 7R35388 for 2+2). This style pump has one nipple fitting on the back of the pump and a take off from the main outlet. OE casting number from old pump would be C28129. Cross Reference C31144
