Valve Spring set (16) for your Rover V8 with a Roller Cam. TWS Approved!

 

These are to be installed at 1.75". At 1.75 installed height and .550 lift, these produce 310lbs on the nose. When closed they are 110lbs on the nose.

 

These are to be used with a roller core designed on a hydraulic profile. They can be used with either hydraulic or solid lifters, as long as the the cam is based on a hydraulic profile where lift doesn't exceed .550.
