Keep your D2 cool with our performance aluminum radiator. Made here in the USA and built to withstand all weather scenarios. A must for any D2. 

  • High efficiency replacement radiator for Discovery 2 V8.
  • Direct replacement requiring no modifications to install.
  • Over 40% better cooling than standard using our special controlled atmosphere brazed core and optimum 12 fins per inch (FPI) for maximum cooling.
  • Hand built and fully TIG welded in the USA.
  • All pipe connections are swaged for pipe security and all our radiators are tested up to 30 psi.
  • Lighter than standard item, but designed to withstand the rigorous harsh environments likely to be encountered by Land Rovers.
  • For maximum cooling, we recommend using the original viscous fan.
  • Aluminum radiators are primarily designed to aid cooling as they are far more efficient than copper and brass.

Pair with a D2 inline thermostat kit for ultimate cooling package.

All inline thermostat orders will be in the following configuration:

  • Port Configuration: Port Down Configuration - closest fit to radiator
  • Included Thermostat Element: 180 Degree high flow thermostat element
  • Re-usable silicone thermostat gasket
