Here is a complete Uprated Dual timing chain gear kit, it comes with the Crankshaft Gear, Camshaft Gear, Dual Row timing chain and timing chain tensioner. The Triumph Spitfire 1971 to 1980 had a single row timing gears, these are fine for street application but for performanace applications a dual set give you the longest life and highest accuracy. Put a new set of timing gears and chain on your Triumph and this will keep that camshaft timing spot on with no slop.
