Terrafirma Coil Springs are made from the highest quality steel, formed on accurate computer controlled mandrels and precisely heat-treated to ensure consistent manufacture. All springs are shot peened to relieve stress and scragged to ensure long spring life and prevent sag and are powder coated silver for long-lasting good looks. Sold in pairs.
Medium load rear coil springs are suitable for the rear of your Defender 90, Discovery 1 or Range Rover Classic carrying up to 200kg of additional equipment. This equates to a well equipped off-road or expedition vehicle, as well as vehicles used to carry a constant medium to heavy load in the rear and will provide around 2 inches of lift. It can also be used on the rear of a Discovery 2 but will not carry the same load and may not achieve 2 inches of lift.
NOTE for Rear Air Suspension Vehicles: If your Disco 2 is one of the few vehicles that has rear air suspension (most D2's did not), you will also need our Rear Air Suspension To Coil Spring Mounting Kit, along with shocks to convert to these coil springs - see related items.
