Order Statuses:
- In Process = We have received your order and are reviewing it to ensure we have everything in stock.
- Packaging = Your order has been confirmed and we are working on packaging it up for shipment.
- Shipped = Your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24hrs for a tracking number to populate a delivery date
- Partially Shipped = Portions of your order have shipped. You will get another email with additional tracking numbers when the rest of the order has departed.
- Cancelled = We are not able to fulfill your order and have refunded any payments associated with your order.
We do not process your payment until your order has moved to the "Packaging" status. Your payment provider may indicate a pending transaction while your order is in the "In Process" status.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We ship orders Monday - Friday 9am-5pmEST. Priority shipment orders placed after 2pmEST will post the next business day unless the item/s is not in stock. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number that may take up to 24 hours to populate a delivery date.
Returns/Cancellation Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days you will incur a restocking fee up to 15% of purchase price. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Cancellation of an order without just cause will be refunded less the 3% transaction fee associated with your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Special orders are non-refundable.
