Our rear Range Rover oxygen sensor replacement (Part # MHK000220) has been made specifically for use in Range Rover 4.4 2003 – 2005 model vehicles. Customers can purchase with confidence at TWS Motors knowing this high quality O2 sensor will fit their Rover without any doctoring or splicing necessary.
Get the maximum miles per gallon from your thirsty Range Rover by maintaining your emissions system. New oxygen sensors will help maximize fuel economy, boost engine performance and reduce vehicle emissions, helping owners pay less at the pump!
L322 or Mark III Range Rover models require four (4) oxygen sensors. Two of these sensors are mounted behind the Land Rover’s catalytic converter and two in front of it. The rear O2 sensor – also known as the post-cat sensors – monitor the oxygen content of the exhaust gases leaving your Land Rover’s catalytic converter and confirms the proper operation of the cat.
As an oxygen sensor ages, it becomes contaminated, and its ability to measure oxygen levels in exhaust gases becomes compromised. A sudden drop in fuel economy and a “check engine” light warning on your Rover’s dash are symptomatic of failing oxygen sensors. For best results, change all four oxygen sensors at the same time every 60k miles.
