NEW! Supercharged Remanufactured Engines for Range Rover Sport, 2006 – 2009! These engines have been completely machined to a 0.10 over specification, ensuring the precision of the cylinder line bores. The base plate has also been machined and line-bored. The crank shafts are micro-polished and hand-fit with new main and rod bearings. The rods are assembled using ARP bolts with the heads and base plates using all-new Genuine bolts in final assembly. Our rebuild includes a complete valve job, new forged pistons, oil seals, oil plugs, timing chain and all timing components including tensioners. In addition, we install new water and oil pumps. Our remanufacturing process includes our engine shop running the engine on a fixture to insure full oil lubrication at start-up. With each engine, we provide a document detailing both the oil pressure and compression figures from that start-up testing. The engine is crate-delivered with 3 quarts of oil already added and& an additional gallon of non-synthetic break in oil for the first 500 miles. Also included are two oil filters and the balance of the engine gasket sets for a complete installation. Buy with confidence!
