Racetorations Crankshaft Damper Trigger Wheel
This 36 tooth Trigger Wheel will bolt to either of our Triumph 4 or 6 cylinder crank dampers (part numbers BEN219-24A or BEN219-56). It provides precise real-time data on engine speed (RPM) and crankshaft position to the ECU. It enables exact ignition timing and fuel injection synchronization, crucial for engine performance and efficiency. The sensor identifies position by counting teeth, with a "missing tooth" gap acting as a reference point for top dead center (TDC). Customer will need to remove one tooth on assembly, to suit sensor position. We suggest thread lock is used on the fixing bolts.
