Racetorations Aluminium Fuel Tank – TR4-6
Racetorations larger capacity aluminium fuel tank with integral swirl pot suitable for TR4-6. This tank is a replacement for the original tank with no modifications to the body or trim required. Incorporated in the design of the tank is a swirl pot which ensures the fuel pump has a constant supply of fuel even when under heavy cornering, this is essential when installing electronic fuel injection. The tank can contain around 50ltrs of fuel which is an increase on the standard tank. We offer two versions of this tank, foam filled or non-foam filled. The foam filled tanks are recommended for competition use to reduce fuel movement when cornering. For the foam filled tank a VDO fuel gauge sender is required, the non-foam filled tank requires the standard lever arm sender as fitted to the original tank.
