This is a Replacement OEM style distributor for your TR7V8, TR8 or Rover V8 that comes complete with vacuum advance and drive gear.

    Distributor delivered on time. After a little bit of fiddling, getting the drive gear and oil pump drive to mesh, the distributor fit perfectly, as promised! Fixed the problem, with no need to redo timing. Excellent - my 1980 Triumph TR8 is on the road again!

    The Distributor Works Great & is a Direct Replacement

    The Petronix Distributor was a direct replacement for the stock Lucas unit in my TR7 V8. It fits perfectly and works great. My only disappointment was with the installation instructions... they were very vague and did not address the stock Opus ignition system. Additional on-line research was necessary. Very happy with the unit.
