Each Pedal Commander unit comes with a 2-year manufacturer's product warranty* with your proof of purchase. This warranty applies to Pedal Commander units purchased directly from authorized reseller TWS Motors Ltd. Warranty service is provided directly through Vitalen Auto Performance Inc. (Pedal Commander's parent company.) They will repair the defective unit at no charge. If their technicians determine that the unit is not repairable, the product will be replaced with a new Pedal Commander unit. Buy with confidence!
Add 2, 3, or 4 years to your Pedal Commander warranty coverage. How does one of these warranty upgrades work?
e.g.
Your pedal Commander comes with a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty and adding a 4-year Warranty Extension Package with your Pedal Commander purchase would give you SIX years of warranty coverage if purchased with your Pedal Commander. If warranty extension is purchased one year after original Pedal Commander purchase, you'd get FIVE years of coverage, etc.
* Please note that the standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty is not transferable and is voided if you sell the unit or purchase it from a third party and/or an unauthorized reseller. The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, negligence, abuse, or repairs and alterations done to the unit by unauthorized individuals.
**Warranty Extensions MUST be purchased during the first 2 years of ownership of your Pedal Commander (based on purchase date.) Units purchased more than 2 years prior are not eligible for warranty extension.
