All K&N Filtercharger replacement air filter elements are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for one million miles or 10 years, whichever comes first, to the original purchaser who has returned a warranty registration card to K&N. Any parts used in any racing, competition, off-road, marine, aircraft, or industrial use will void the warranty. All K&N Filtercharger filters designed specifically for racing and off-road uses are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for one year and unlimited mileage.
