This is a Heavy Duty Intake+Exhaust Manifold Gasket Triumph Spitfire 1967 to 1980 Spitfire 1300 & 1500 and Midget 1500 1975 to 1979. Cross Ref.# JA502
*Don’t forget the copper coat spray to use on all head gaskets (except our HD gaskets with silicone tracking). Copper coat should also be used on all exhaust manifold and head pipe gaskets.*
