This is the caged pocket bearing that goes into the First (1st) Motion Shaft Bearing is behind the front cover on a MGB 1968 to 1980. This bearing like the front case bearing takes a lot of abuse It is as easy change and will keep the gear alignment in your MGB true. Reference 127-825
