Description

Fully Rebuilt single SU HS2 1.25" carburetor. These small carbs were used on Minis with the 848cc engine and Morris Minors with the 948/1098cc engines. 

All of our rebuilt carburetors are fully disassembled, media blasted, ultrasonically cleaned and have the dash pots polished. All seals and gaskets and replaced, they are fitted with new needle and seats, jets and jet needles, and any other parts that are worn. The needles will vary (unless in dual carbs) but will always be one of the factory needles and the needle type is specified on the accompanying paperwork. Unlike other rebuilders, our HS carbs are fitted with custom throttle shafts that have been turned and fitted with o-rings to prevent vacuum leaks. For Mini applications, you can request a factory elbow if you use a factory air cleaner.
