This is a full head set by Payen that in includes the Black head gasket and all of the other gaskets that will be need when you remove the cylinder head. The head gasket is black composite reinforced gasket used 1275. It is asbestos free with copper type sealing rings. This is the best head set for cars using an alloy head. Cross Ref.# DK450
