Tired of the current Stromberg floats that crack and fill with fuel? We were, too. Our new floats are molded from a modern, American-made material called NitrophylÆ, which is now specified for just about every modern fuel float. It will not crack or absorb fuel and is immune to a variety of fluids, including the new fuel formulations. Eliminate warranty issues and unhappy customers! As per part numbers B19470 and 12850

Fixes a common driveability problem -

Posted by Chris on 15th Feb 2018

A heavy float is often overlooked and maybe not even considered when trying to diagnose a rich-running driveability issue. When the float doesn't rise properly with the fuel, it won't close the needle and seat to close off supply. These seem to do well since they're a solid material that's not supposed to absorb fuel.
