This is a high quality gasket made with the inner reenforcing fire ring for the MGB which used the Catalytic Converter. Without this reenforced inner ring the gasket it will burn out very quickly, these gaskets cost a little more but will save you time and a lot of headache in the future. Cross Reference 297-550
