This is a New performance camshaft for a Triumph Spitfire 1971 to 1980 no cam bearings. Spec's Duration 270, Intake lift .410, exhaust .400. (Assuming rocker arm ratio of 1.5) Good idle, stock valve springs ok, 10-12 HP gain over stock, call for further details. Made in UK from New Blank
