Description

This is a complete kit to replace your valley pan gasket. We use the composite gasket that will not leak like some of the tin ones.

 

Technical Install Guide

 

Install instructions:

  • Apply a liberal amount of Ultra Grey RTV to the end seals and all 4 corners where the seal meets the block
  • Snug the end seals down, let sit for 24 hrs, re snug

    Installed the new pan, making sure to coat the rubber end seals properly. My oil leak is no more.

    I am rebuilding a 1994 3.9 Rover V8. Staff at the WedgeShop recommended this replacement item over the stock original equipment. The item seemed of high quality. We will see when the engine is together and running.
