    I have dash/instrument lights and passenger running lights again! The factory wiring diagram, owners manual and shop manual weren't much help, but swapping out the burnt fuse (which looked like the factory installed -had lucas paper tag inside) with your fuse solved the problem. Going to order again just to have spares on hand!
