These are half the size and weight of the originals along with having much greater cranking power. Easily fires up those high compression motors.

    Starts like a modern car

    What a difference a high torque starter makes. My TR8 always started sluggishly but with the new starter it literally jumps to life. Excellent.

    The product is as advertised, lighter, much stronger. Starts the car very easily. Recommended upgrade.

    First of all I would like to say how satisfied I have been buying various Products from The Wedge Shop, As yet I have not fitted the gear reduction Starter but on first appearance the item appears well made compact and considerably lighter than the original unit. best of all it works.     Great Upgrade to OEM Starter

    Great improvement over the stock Lucas starter. Really cranks the motor very fast for quick starts. Highly Recommend this starter. Thanks Woody

    Put this one my 1980 TR8 and it cranks over nice and quick now. Night and day compared to the OEM one I bought. Thanks Guys!
