These are half the size and weight of the originals along with having much greater cranking power. Easily fires up those high compression motors.

    The new starter works a treat guy's. It's a very neat looking piece of kit which turns over my engine a treat...even with 10-1 pistons, high lift cam and double valve springs, it spins it faster than the dinosaur that I was used to. It's so light that after getting the big heavy one off.. ..it was a treat to put this one in its place It got sent to me over the big pond but I received it well packaged and not a scratch in it.     Oem reduced gear starter

    Should have bought this 10 years ago. I have an Isky cam, air gap rpm intake, holley 450 four barrel, and rover 40 heads milled 30 thousands. Even though the original starter was replaced in 2005 and started the car cold, it's was useless when hot. Now with this starter , it's amazingly so easy to start. Thank you again. Your the best.

    Works great, never turned over like it does now. Old one was a pita to get out but the new one dropped right in like I knew what I was doing.
