This is a Upper Control Arm Bushing Set (2) for a MGB and AH BN1 to BJ8. They are very easy to install, much easier than your stock bushings. The bushings also have graphite impregnated in them for long life so this will be the last set that you have to install. Don't forget new a bolt for easy installation, Part# 1G4349.
